FinancialForce Launches New Customer Digital Experience That Promotes Collaboration and Transparency

FinancialForce, the #1 Enterprise Professional Services Automation (PSA) and the only customer-centric ERP (CCERP) cloud solution launched MyFinancialForce, a customer digital experience that presents FinancialForce users with omni-channel content for personalized learning, as well as account-centric information, such as license utilization.

Introduced at Community Live, the company’s annual customer conference, MyFinancialForce, represents an evolution in the FinancialForce Customer Community, which serves more than 15,000 members as a one-stop-shop destination for all their needs. The introduction of MyFinancialForce aligns with the organization’s commitment to Customer Centricity, spearheaded by Chief Operating Officer Andrea Lagan.

“The FinancialForce Community is a best-of-breed engagement hub for our customers,” said Lagan. “MyFinancialForce portal delivers on our one-stop-shop vision for our customers. A true mission control, it brings critical content and information to our customers’ fingertips for an always-on, dynamic experience that increases collaboration and transparency.”

Version one of MyFinancialForce offers a dynamic and collaborative space for implementation projects. It presents all relevant documents, dynamic project status reports and an easy way to collaborate with the project team. By supporting implementation projects, FinancialForce is demonstrating its commitment to ensuring the best “Go Live” experiences for its customers.

Version two of MyFinancialForce, due out later this year, will include a deeper dive into account specific collaborative spaces between the customer and the entire account team.

“I am excited about the new MyFinancialForce functionality to extend the self-serve capabilities of the FinancialForce Community,” said Marshall King, senior vice president, IT Solutions at JLL. “It’s essentially a one-stop-shop that helps you manage everything FinancialForce in one place — from learning about the right resources, to license usage, to collaboration with your account team — there is something for every customer, whether they just joined or have used FinancialForce for years.”

“I especially love the project module. Having this transparent, dynamic resource is the ultimate success tool,” said Nana Gregg, vice president and senior salesforce administrator, JLL. “When we were getting our implementation project off the ground, we would’ve benefited tremendously from a dynamic project tracking tool that showed us how many hours and how much budget we had. Having immediate access to all project documents and the project team helps create a transparent and collaborative environment that saves time and money.”

Release Hub Update

In addition to the MyFinancialForce portal, FinancialForce is introducing a new “Feature Summary” capability as part of Release Hub, which was launched last year. Feature Summary provides a detailed description of each feature released, making it easier to find and track every FinancialForce feature. The new functionality also streamlines the upgrade process for admins and people responsible for maintaining FinancialForce products at their organizations.
