“This is a critical hire of a seasoned professional with considerable ServiceNow consulting leadership experience organizing teams to achieve both high scale and performance,” said Mark Larsen, CEO of Cask. “We have hired over 40 professionals over the last quarter and expect to do the same in Q4. Stacey ran an Elite ServiceNow-focused consulting operation that does what Cask does. She knows how to lead a consulting group and the ServiceNow execs know her and hold her work in high regard.”
Fournier-Thibodaux combines a deep understanding of business, IT and ServiceNow with a natural instinct and a history of developing and coaching people to great success. In addition to her consulting experience, her background includes a 10-year stint running the ServiceNow platform and leading global service strategy and delivery functions for CH Robinson, a Fortune 500 logistics leader. With over twenty years of experience innovating as an IT leader, she has a knack for helping business and IT teams come together through efficient solutions enabled by technology.
“This new role combines my in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem with my passion to help our team and our clients accomplish great things,” said Fournier-Thibodaux. “Cask’s artisan engineers combine a collection of unique expertise with Cask mojo. This is something we can grow and leverage in the industry as a true force multiplier.”
