Opengear, a Digi International company and a leading provider of solutions for secure, resilient network access and IT automation, announced that TMC, a global, integrated media company, in conjunction with its partner Crossfire Media, has named Opengear’s OM1200 Operations Manager as a winner of the 2021 IoT Product of the Year Award, presented by IoT Evolution World.

Opengear’s OM appliances, which are NetOps console servers – network management appliances that are first of their kind and combine the capabilities of a Smart Out-of-Band (OOB) console server with the flexibility of NetOps automation. The compact OM1200 appliance is designed specifically for secure edge deployments, used in combination with Opengear’s Lighthouse Management Software. As part of Opengear’s Network Resilience Platform, it provides an independent management plane that supports secure remote access and standard automation for critical devices.
