Tufin, a company pioneering a policy-centric approach to security and IT operations, announced that CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Addie Finch, director of channel sales, North & South America at Tufin, to its esteemed 2020 Women of the Channel list. Recognizing the unique strengths, vision, and achievements of a select group of women, this prestigious, annual list acknowledges channel leaders who are blazing a trail for future generations. These women are from all areas of the IT ecosystem, including technology vendors, distributors, solution providers, and other IT organizations.
Addie’s career spans 10 years in the IT channel. She joined Tufin as an individual channel and sales contributor in 2018 and was quickly promoted to director of channel sales Americas when the channel team was expanded. She is now responsible for the partner ecosystem in North and South America.

Over the past two years, Addie formalized a new set of channel productivity and contribution metrics, providing her team with relevant and measurable partner initiatives. Addie implemented a program in which her team worked with partners to broker introductions and open conversations in dozens of targeted, new logo prospects. As a result of her efforts, a significant amount of new pipeline was generated during the second half of 2019.
