A robust risk, compliance and ESG program is critical to an organization’s productivity, workplace culture and business success. That importance was put on full display over the last eighteen months. While the pandemic and resulting workplace disruptions were certainly challenging, NAVEX Global’s 2021 Definitive Risk and Compliance Benchmark Report shows the majority of risk and compliance professionals felt their programs met the challenge.

The NAVEX Global Customer Excellence Awards recognize and honor exceptional program performance and the results in five different categories: Ethics & Compliance (U.S.), Ethics & Compliance (International), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), and overall Corporate Culture Impact.

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges comprised of risk and compliance industry experts including Carrie Penman, NAVEX Global Chief Risk and Compliance Officer; Stephen Chapman, NAVEX Global Chief Customer Officer; Michael Volkov, CEO of Volkov Law; Matt Kelly, CEO of Radical Compliance LLC; Kristi Grant-Hart, CEO of Spark Compliance; and Prof. Kyle Welch, George Washington University. Award recipients will be announced during the 2021 NAVEX Next Virtual Conference in October.
