Demoboost Raises €2.8M to turn Product Demos into Revenue Intelligence

  • Demoboost converts demo engagement into real-time buyer intent data, turning demos from sales assets into a revenue intelligence layer

  • The €2.8M round, co-led by Digital Ocean Ventures and Rafał Brzoska’s family office, RIO, will support AI-driven demo creation, personalisation at scale, and team expansion across product and go-to-market functions

  • Trusted by leading B2B SaaS companies including Celonis, Bosch, and Hitachi

Demoboost, the platform enabling B2B software companies to deliver scalable, data-rich product demos, has raised €2.8 million in funding to accelerate product development and expand its global presence. The round was co-led by Digital Ocean Ventures and Rafał Brzoska’s family office RIO with participation from B-Value. The capital will be used to grow Demoboost’s engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing teams, and further develop its AI-powered demo creation and revenue intelligence tools.

As B2B software sales cycles grow longer and conversion rates decline, companies are under pressure to make sales processes more efficient. Across the industry, benchmarks consistently show that only 15–20% of sales-qualified leads typically convert, meaning that up to 85% of sales and presales effort generates no revenue. A key reason is the mismatch between how people want to buy software and how it’s sold. According to Deloitte, 88% of B2B buyers seek more flexibility and responsiveness throughout their purchasing process, but are often pushed into complex and rigid processes. The result is slow cycles, low win rates, and overburdened presales teams who spend most of their time building repetitive demos instead of crafting solution architecture. At the same time, teams lack clear insight into buyer intent, treating all opportunities equally due to limited behavioural data.

Demoboost helps B2B software companies productise and scale their demo process. Its platform allows sales, presales, and the entire revenue teams to quickly create, personalise, and share demos that buyers can explore independently, early in their journey, or present live during sales calls. These demos range from bite-sized, guided product tours to complex, non-linear speaker-assisted live sessions. Instead of spending hours manually preparing demos for each opportunity, teams can reuse and tailor them at scale simply using AI prompts  eliminating delays and reducing manual workload. Buyers gain earlier access to the product experience, on their own terms and without waiting for scheduled calls

Demoboost also treats demos as a source of behavioural data into real buyer interest and propensity to buy. It captures how each stakeholder interacts with the demo, what content is viewed, shared, and revisited, to reveal intent data and guide sales teams. This turns demos from a one-off sales asset into an ongoing revenue intelligence layer, that helps revenue leaders identify which deals are truly winnable, how to allocate the resources  and, as a result, improve conversion rates across the funnel.

Anna Decroix, CEO and Co-founder of Demoboost, said: “As pioneers of the demo automation category, we’ve helped solve one of the hardest problems in B2B sales: creating and personalising demos at scale. What used to take weeks, then hours, now takes minutes with AI. We’ll keep improving how demos are built, but with demo creation becoming now an afterthought – the real opportunity lies in what comes next. Behind every demo is a stream of data: engagement, intent, buying signals. That’s where the future is. This funding will help us build the demo-powered revenue intelligence platform of the future, giving B2B teams the tools to understand how customers buy and refine the journey with demo data as a core signal for decision-making.”

Adam Bartkiewicz, Partner at Digital Ocean Ventures VC said: “Demoboost has a clear product-market fit – what convinced us is that they’ve been winning large, global customers from day one. The team has a deep understanding of their target audience, and it shows in product adoption and retention. With this round, they’ll accelerate international scaling and go after enterprise clients. What excites us most is that the team understands how B2B sales is evolving in the AI era – and Demoboost is evolving with it. We’re thrilled to support them as they scale globally and help shape what modern B2B sales looks like.”

Demoboost already works with leading B2B SaaS enterprises  globally, including Celonis, AvePoint, Bosch, Boost.ai, AMCS, and Hitachi. Companies using the platform have reduced unqualified sales calls by up to 74%, cut customer acquisition costs by 28%, and eliminated demo wait times entirely. Interactive demos enable sales teams to confidently run intro calls without presales support and ensure early buyer interactions are more informed. As a result, teams spend less time on top-of-funnel education and shorten sales cycles by an average of 32%.

Over the past years, Demoboost tripled ARR, increased average revenue per account by 50%, and in the latest Gartner’s Demo Automation Market Guide was acknowledged as the most robust demo automation platform in the market. Headquartered in Warsaw with a distributed team across Europe and Australia, the company now plans to use the funding to invest in AI-based demo creation, personalisation at scale, and deeper revenue intelligence capabilities. It also plans to double the team size by hiring engineers, marketers, sales reps, and customer success specialists. Demoboost is also envisaging a Series A funding round within the next 12–18 months.

Demoboost helps software companies deliver the best demo experience to better market and sell their products. Teams from across presales, sales, marketing and customer success functions use Demoboost to customize, share and track product demos with prospects and customers. We help companies to avoid the stress and unneeded complexity of designing and delivering product demos manually, letting teams focus on their core mission and delighting their target audiences with an easy-to-use platform and a best-in-class user experience.
