Benton and Sá Freire first met during a Daily Briefing webcast where they discussed Chorus’ insights on a trend of executive leadership participating more frequently in sales calls. The data showed, at the start of Q2 2020, sales leaders joined 50% more calls than before COVID-19 began and traditional 30-day payment terms dropped to just 61% of the time (almost 10 points lower than the same week last year.)

Benton and Sá Freire quickly aligned on their customer-centric and people-first leadership style.

“I am thrilled to bring on a leader of Thiago’s caliber that both cares deeply about the success of our customers and team,” said Benton. “His guiding principle is to create a foundation that enables his people to be the best version of themselves. His leadership and dedication is one that will take us to new heights as he delivers strong results for employees, customers, and investors.”
