Product advancements, new integrations, and customer adoption drive company momentum as scheduling automation scales across enterprise teams
Calendly, the only centralized scheduling automation platform built for scaling across the organization, today announced its momentum in the enterprise with new key growth metrics, customer logos and expansions, and product capabilities. Adoption of Calendly for Enterprise grew 61% year over year in July, with 86% of the Fortune 500 and 14 of the top 15 Fortune 500 financial companies using Calendly as more organizations realize the value of scheduling automation. Customers spending greater than $50,000 on Calendly grew 400% year over year in June.
So far in 2023, Calendly’s added hundreds of new customer logos and expansion deals to its portfolio including Crocs, Carnival, and Gardaworld, joining the roster of existing customers including Lyft, La-Z-Boy, Dropbox, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and US Foods. More than 100,000 organizations now use Calendly to do everything from closing more deals to hiring top candidates faster.
AI and automation are rapidly changing enterprise productivity and helping workers deliver higher-value work with speed. By 2030, these technologies will be fully integrated into team workflows and could alter 20-30% of how workers spend their time in their role. A survey of sales, marketing, and customer success team leaders using Calendly shows that customers reported saving nearly 35 days and $21,000 in scheduling costs per year using the scheduling automation platform.

Customer HackerOne, a cybersecurity consultant, deployed Calendly across its customer success team using the platform’s Chrome integration and Event Types to create standardized meeting templates for collaborative scheduling and sharing across the organization. HackerOne has connected with 88% more customers year over year and saved nearly 73 business days on scheduling meetings since implementing Calendly in 2021, instead focusing the time on team enablement training.

Enterprise-Grade Functionality Delivers Business Value
Calendly is focused on providing new features, solutions, and controls to help IT, sales, marketing, customer experience, and recruiting teams at large organizations be more productive with scheduling automation.
- Automations for revenue teams: Calendly added new enhancements to Calendly Routing, a solution helping sales and marketing teams qualify, route, and schedule meetings with inbound leads instantly from their company’s website. Additions include a new marketing form integration with Salesforce Pardot, a new integration to Marketo to help marketers improve their performance by syncing meeting data, and improved Salesforce lookup filtering to match known leads with the right sales representative.
- Security and compliance controls: Calendly’s new Domain Control feature gives IT leaders and admins more oversight of scheduling in a secure, centralized manner, prompting employees to request to join their IT-managed Calendly account. Calendly also supports SAML SSO and advanced user provisioning with SCIM; is SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 27001 certified; and is PCI, CCPA, and GDPR compliant.
- Connectivity enhancements: Calendly integrates with 100+ essential tech stack tools enterprise teams need, like Salesforce, Zoom, Greenhouse, and HubSpot, to help teams work efficiently across their tech stack. Calendly’s Developer Portal offers easy-to-use APIs to create custom integrations and flexibility with connecting to other internal tools.
- Analytics and reporting functionality: Calendly Analytics provides reporting insights to help IT and admins identify trends, like popular meeting days and top performers, to make informed business decisions.
