With a record 251% three-year revenue growth, this marks the fourth consecutive appearance for the global product innovation and software development company
10Pearls, the leading product innovation and software development company, has been recognized on Inc. 5000’s annual list, the most prestigious ranking of America’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent businesses. Facebook, Chobani, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
Over the last 3 years, 10Pearls has reported a record 251% revenue growth, increased its headcount globally to 1,400, acquired six companies and expanded into Latin America (LATAM) with delivery offices in Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru. This award follows a number of accolades for 10Pearls, including its CEO winning EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award and it being named on The Financial Times list of Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies.

“This accolade speaks volumes about our team globally and their relentless focus on providing measurable value to customers,” said Imran Aftab, CEO at 10Pearls. “I am proud of how 10Pearls has emerged as the leading independently-owned, global digital technology partner that is helping world class brands to digitally transform and scale – while staying committed to being a double bottom lined business that gives back to social causes and communities.”
The companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 have not only been successful, but have also demonstrated resilience amid supply chain woes, labor shortages, and the ongoing impact of Covid-19. Among the top 500, the average median three-year revenue growth rate soared to 2,144 percent. Together, those companies added more than 68,394 jobs over the past three years.
“The accomplishment of building one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., in light of recent economic roadblocks, cannot be overstated,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that have established themselves through innovation, hard work, and rising to the challenges of today.”
