Punchh, the leading AI-driven customer loyalty and engagement platform for restaurant, retail, and convenience store brands, today announced the appointment of three industry veterans, to the roles of Chief Product and Technology Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. The new executive leaders will be playing a critical role as the company continues to see accelerated demand for its offerings.

Raju Malhotra, Punchh’s new Chief Product and Technology Officer, brings over 20 years of experience having served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Marketing Cloud at Salesforce most recently. Previously he served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Vista Equity Partners owned company, Khoros, and worked at Microsoft for twelve years in roles of increasing responsibility ultimately culminating in his position as Director of Microsoft Online. The addition of Mr. Malhotra marks another significant expansion to the Company’s leadership team, following the previously announced appointments of Don Wight to Chief Revenue Officer and Anish Mehta to Chief Financial Officer in 2019.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Wight leads all customer-facing organizations including sales, marketing, customer success, and business development. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at top software companies including Demandbase and Jaspersoft. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Mehta is responsible for the finance, professional services, HR, IT, and operations functions and previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Clover, and in finance and operations roles at First Data, CBRE & Credit Suisse.
Don, Raju, and Anish will all be based out of Punchh’s headquarters in San Mateo, California.
Punchh is on track to add 70 new team members in 2020 to support accelerated growth globally. The company has also opened additional engineering offices in Toronto, Canada, and Chennai, India to meet increasing demand for its product offerings.
