Contentsquare has developed a number of analytics solutions to help brands compete on experience, and better meet the needs and expectations of their customers.

Contentsquare has chosen Azure to power its multi-cloud strategy for data analytics and help it deliver on its promise to brands. Azure’s extensive capabilities are the perfect fit for Contentsquare’s lightning speed growth, aggressive innovation roadmap, and the performance requirements for real-time predictions in a highly secure and neutral environment. Microsoft will also be providing Contentsquare with dedicated support to ensure seamless integration.

A strategic partnership to improve the customer experience

Both partners are already working together on empowering brands with the technology to build better digital experiences on their web, mobile sites and apps. In 2020, Contentsquare launched its Experience Partner Ecosystem, which brings together more than 100 technology and strategic partners around a common agenda of innovation through Experience Analytics. Microsoft will join this ecosystem and accompany Contentsquare as it develops its strategy around AI and predictive analytics, providing expertise to the team and technical support for its R&D efforts.

Finally, Microsoft will also benefit from Contentsquare’s insights and recommendations to optimize its own online sales channels (Microsoft online Store) to improve its conversion rate.

“Digital transformation will continue to accelerate over the next decade, defining the economic performance of every organization. For many organizations, the agility to move forward will come from understanding how their customers behave. That’s why we’re so happy to see this partnership come to life: it will allow businesses to face the challenges of digital commerce and the customer experience through the combined power of Contentsquare and Microsoft’s expert technology,” said Jean-Philippe Courtois, Executive Vice President and President, Microsoft Global Sales, Marketing and Operations.
