The three awards are derived from millions of anonymous employee ratings on executive leadership teams and direct managers on Comparably.com over a 12-month period (June 23, 2020 through June 23, 2021). The results are benchmarked against 60,000 other companies, with the Best CEO for Diversity ranking based solely on anonymous employee ratings. Other leading technology organizations recognized in these Comparably 2021 awards include Adobe, Zoom, Hubspot and LinkedIn.
