Observe.AI, a leader in contact center AI, today announced Andrew Acedo has joined the executive team as Vice President of Enterprise Sales. Acedo will be responsible for leading Observe.AI’s enterprise sales arm, focusing on refining the company’s up-market strategy and building a sales team to support continued hyper-growth after a $54M Series B round of funding in September of this year, capping off 12 months for Observe.AI that involved $80 million in total funding, adding 150 customers, including Pearson, Alcon Laboratories and Concentrix, and growing revenue by 600%.

With an entrepreneurial background, Acedo comes to Observe.AI with over a decade of sales leadership experience in the B2B SaaS space. Acedo drove sales and customer success strategy for Presado before making the jump to ActionIQ where he led sales, partnerships, and strategy and contributed to an 8X growth in revenue in three years.
