“Magic Quadrant for Supply Chain Planning Solutions”
“Over the past few years, product and labor availability, prices, profits, and service levels were impacted by disruptions and shortages around the globe. Our customers look to us to help them increase supply chain resilience, mitigate variability, and improve predictability in their supply chain planning processes. Thanks to our comprehensive Supply Chain Planning solutions – powered by our Luminate Platform – we help customers utilize AI and ML technologies to synchronize planning and execution. The result is increased decision-making speed, improved responsiveness to changes and disruptions, and better, more profitable management of their supply chains,” said Wayne Usie, chief strategy officer, Blue Yonder.
In addition, according to the Gartner Critical Capabilities for Supply Chain Planning Solutions report3, Blue Yonder scored in the second highest for three Use Cases (Supply Planning, E2E Multi-enterprise Planning, and Digital Planning) and in third highest for the remaining two Use Cases (Demand Planning and E2E Enterprise Planning).
Blue Yonder’s Supply Chain Planning solutions use AI/ML and real-time data across the end-to-end supply chain, from suppliers to consumers, to sense, predict and act base on high-quality and highly-accurate plans. This helps to increase customer service, revenue growth, margins, agility, and cost optimization. For example, AI scenario planning and real-time ML predictions are freeing up the planning process from overnight batch. As another example, the always-on planning approach allows businesses to quickly identify improvement opportunities and potential issues, enabling planners to respond appropriately to maximize performance and minimize risk.
“We were seeking a supply chain planning solution that could help us reduce risk of material shortages, as well as plan for market changes and disruptions. Blue Yonder’s solution will help us remove the complexity of planning for demand and supply by automating our processes and digitally transforming our supply chain. We are looking forward to implementing this solution to create a new standardized operation and system globally,” said Somya Mayuraskoon, director, Honda Trading Asia Co., Ltd.
