Behavioral Signals was named as a Cool Vendor in Gartner’s September 2020 Cool Vendors: AI for Customer Analytics

A Gartner report titled Cool Vendors: AI for Customer Analytics (ID: G00729777) (Gartner subscription required) names Behavioral Signals as a cool vendor in Cool Vendors: AI for customer analytics. As per the report, “Innovative AI-enabled tools to help organizations improve retention by offering real-time customer understanding, customer journey analytics, and sentiment analysis”.

“Gartner has identified four customer analytics themes – Interacting differently, Reacting rapidly, Delivering relevancy, Acting ethically.” These four themes are reflected in this year’s selection of customer analytics cool vendors and Behavioral Signals is one of them. One of the key findings in the report noted that, “Leading CX professionals are accelerating interest and investment in AI and customer analytics to lessen the impact of COVID-19 and improve customer retention. Key trending technologies in AI for customer analytics in 2020 are advanced sentiment analysis, emotion AI, advanced customer journey analytics, graph analytics and real-time speech analytics.”
