Tangoe Achieves ISO 27001 Security Certification

ISO 27001:2013 is an international standard for Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements that demonstrates compliance with more than 100 information security controls. The certification verifies that Tangoe’s IT security posture meets or exceeds international best practices and standards for protecting confidential information like customer data, mitigating and responding to cyber threats and managing risk, among other measures.

According to the International Standards Organization (ISO), achieving ISO 27001 certification involves:
