As the highest-ranking contract lifecycle management company, the top Inc. 5000 placement reinforces LinkSquares’ spot as a growth leader for the CLM industry. Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) also announced that Vishal Sunak, CEO and co-founder of LinkSquares was named an Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2021 New England Award winner. Named among the 2020 Gartner Cool Vendors for Contract Lifecycle Management and Advanced Contract Analytics, LinkSquares combines the power of a first-of-its-kind artificial intelligence with the expertise of its top legal customers to deliver the fastest and most comprehensive contract lifecycle management and analysis. The company recently raised $40 million in Series B financing led by Sorenson Capital, joined by LinkSquares’ existing investors as well as new investors Catalyst Investors, Xerox, Bottomline Technologies, and DraftKings’ founders and key legal and compliance executives.

The top 500 companies are featured in the September issue of Inc., which will be available on newsstands on August 20.
