UserTesting, a leading provider of on-demand human insights, today announced the launch of the UserTesting® Human Insight Podcast (HiP), co-hosted by UserTesting’s CEO, Andy MacMillan, and Chief Insights Officer, Janelle Estes. Insights shared on the podcast look to bring listeners a valuable new understanding of the business stories, ideas, and trends shaping the future of customer experience told first-hand by the experts themselves. The Human Insight Podcast launches on August 24th.

The Human Insight Podcast will introduce listeners to industry experts and leaders from some of the world’s leading brands as they discuss how they are facing today’s business challenges and building customer experiences to suit. Each episode will provide a mix of use cases, best practices, business strategies, technology trends, and research findings to enlighten, inspire, and activate the listeners.
