Hires Retail Industry Executive Jacob Pat to Lead Customer Success & Partnerships Team

The subsidiary, whose employees will be based in Toronto, will serve brands and retailers in the Canadian market as they look to modernize their POS platforms and elevate the customer and store associate experiences. This expansion adds to its previous global rollout of it’s Modern POS product to Europe and Asia. The company also expanded its talent base and reinforced its commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience with the hire of industry veteran Jacob Pat to the role of Senior Vice President of Customer Success & Partnerships.
