In his role as senior advisor to InRule, Levy brings over 30 years of expertise spanning SaaS/IaaS/PaaS strategy and implementation, cloud, DevOps, enterprise software, mainframe, and middleware platforms.

Levy has served in advisory and product leadership for decades. In his current advisory roles with Goldman Sachs and Bain & Company, Levy provides industry insights, strategic guidance regarding business, technology, mergers and acquisitions, as well as operational and product support to clients, partners and project teams.

Levy was the Founding Managing Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global Innovation Software Labs, where he advised executive management and the partners in areas of software development and technology strategy. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer for Progress Software where he had full P&L responsibility for the company’s entire product portfolio. Levy also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of BEA Systems.
Earlier in his career, Levy held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Strategist at Computer Associates (CA), where he led CA’s Center for Technology Strategy and was responsible for CA’s technology vision and strategy.
