Global-e Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering

Global-e Online Ltd. (“Global-e”), the world’s leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce, today announced that it has commenced the initial public offering of 15,000,000 of its ordinary shares. In addition, Global-e expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 ordinary shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $23 and $25 per share. Global-e has applied to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “GLBE”.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Jefferies LLC are serving as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Piper Sandler & Co., JMP Securities LLC, KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. are serving as co-managers for the offering.
