777,000 digital communication events positively impact outcomes over three years
HealthCrowd, a leading communications platform-as-a-service innovator in healthcare announced today its extended collaboration with AlohaCare. As a result, over 70,000 AlohaCare members throughout Hawaii will continue to benefit from digital engagement that has resulted in increased positive health outcomes. Since the program’s inception, members’ compliance with preventive tests and screenings, along with medication adherence have achieved major improvements.

Since 2018, AlohaCare, Hawai’i’s only community-led health plan solely dedicated to serving Medicaid and dual eligible Medicare beneficiaries has worked with HealthCrowd to design and deploy more than 40 customized digital outreach communications programs including preventive, pharmacy, and Covid-19 campaigns, as well as time sensitive blast messages.
In the coming months, AlohaCare and HealthCrowd will launch a series of campaigns to increase well-child visits and engagement in prenatal and postpartum care programs.
