Toronto-Based Digital Company, Architech Awarded Partner of the Year by Microsoft

Technology giant Microsoft recently announced their Partner of the Year Awards and a Toronto-based digital transformation company was named a winner. Architech, among a world-wide field of top Microsoft partners, was awarded for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions using Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform.

Known as a digital transformation catalyst, Architech stood out among the more than 3,300 nominations from over 100 countries worldwide being named as winner for providing outstanding open-source software solutions.

Architech was awarded for the solution they built for Roto-Rooter, a leading North American plumbing repair and water cleanup services company, which modernized their digital presence. Specifically, Architech was able to improve the loading speed of their web pages by 54%. By optimizing the page speeds as well as simplifying the UX, the result was a 22% increase in conversion on web traffic.

“Most of all, we provided a solution that was technically advanced and maximized the capabilities of Microsoft’s platform,” said Suydam. “While the technology is important and we leveraged the power of Azure because it is a fantastic platform to build our solutions, it’s about the human side. We look as much at the experience of the customer as the employee who uses and maintains the solution.”
