RSource, a leader in third-party payer solutions to improve revenue cycle performance for some of the largest health systems in the country, announced its national ranking as a top vendor in the 2021 Black Book Research survey. The rating is based on a series of satisfaction polls of 486 hospital and health system chief financial officers, vice presidents of finance and RCM and business office managers.

More than 1,300 hospital financial team members evaluated 211 vendors to determine the top-performing. Vendors were ranked based on 18 indicators of customer satisfaction, operational excellence, client experience and loyalty.
