Linnworks, a leading ecommerce enablement and operations management software platform, has announced its formal agreement to acquire SkuVault, a leading U.S.-based provider of inventory management systems (“IMS”) and warehouse management systems (“WMS”) software solutions. The deal brings together two companies with a shared vision of accelerating growth for omnichannel sellers. California-based growth investor Marlin Equity Partners will be the majority shareholder of the combined company.
