Through this partnership, Isos will support transitioning active duty service members by providing meaningful, hands-on experience across both commercial and federal technology environments during their final months of service. Participants will work alongside experienced consultants supporting enterprise modernization initiatives in areas such as workflow orchestration, IT service management, and digital transformation. Service members will gain real responsibility, structured mentorship, and exposure to mission-critical technology environments that strengthen their footing as they transition into the civilian workforce.

As a SkillBridge partner, Isos will offer structured internships and training opportunities across multiple disciplines, including consulting, project management, and technical delivery. Participants will work alongside experienced Isos professionals, gaining exposure to enterprise clients and modern technology platforms and tools such as Atlassian’s Jira and Confluence.
