With this investment, both companies set their sights on becoming ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW) Global Elite partners. Transact Capital Partners LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor to GlideFast and Pharicode in connection with the transactions. Citizens Bank served as the financial advisor to BV with the transactions.

The two sister companies, GlideFast Consulting and Pharicode, were both founded by Lloyd Godson, Michael Lombardo, and Stephen Light. Since inception, GlideFast Consulting and Pharicode have grown rapidly to serve enterprise, commercial, and public sector customers. Within three years, GlideFast Consulting has become a ServiceNow Elite partner and recognized as #341 on the Inc. 5000 list of the 2020 fastest-growing companies in the United States. Pharicode became a ServiceNow Elite partner in 2020.

A Board of Directors will be formed to advise both companies and Chris Michalak will join the board. Chris Michalak is the former Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Alight, a privately held information technology and services company that serves 50% of the Fortune 500.
