Deeper integration demonstrates the company’s continued investment in the legal space

CallRail, the AI-powered lead intelligence platform, announced an expansion of their integration with Clio, a global leader in legal technology. This expansion, which now includes Clio Grow, provides law firms even more insights into their marketing performance and lead conversations, demonstrating an unparalleled investment to help legal professionals market with confidence.

Solo and small firm lawyers especially struggle to gain insight on what marketing activities drive leads – and to convert them to cases and clients. Clio’s 2024 Legal Trends Report found that firms are losing potential clients from lower lead conversion due to poor client experience, with 73% of prospective clients reporting they wouldn’t recommend the firm they spoke with. Additionally, the report found that firms using client-facing technology saw 52% more revenue and 51% more leads.

  • More accurate lead attribution that is now available in Clio Grow where Clio users maintain their prospect database
  • Elimination of manual data entry with auto-population of detailed lead records, including contact and interaction data, centralized in the Clio platform
  • AI-powered call summaries from all lead conversations populate directly in the Clio client record so marketers can quickly access key takeaways from every call.
