The simple two-step process takes under a minute and requires no advance scheduling or administrative overhead. The service is available on demand, as needed, but can also be scheduled in advance to accommodate large scale events. ASR captions are available across several languages with customizable dictionaries and other features. SyncWords Live Powered by AppTek also provides options for scheduling professional human captioners to deliver closed captioning into Zoom when needed.
