In addition to the benefits of cloud, Five9 has seen an uptick in global adoption and has increased global voice PoPs to support agents around the world with high quality voice interactions. Over the 12 months, Five9 has seen strong international growth at 41% year-over-year and expanded its office footprint to include presence in London, Sao Paulo, Sydney and Toronto to meet regional demands.
