“Demand for SaaS management and optimization is skyrocketing as companies embrace a more digital workplace. Organizations that rapidly acquired SaaS tools in the past few years are now looking to rationalize and make sense of what they have. And as a result, SaaS Management has shifted from a nice-to-have to an enterprise need,” said Eric Christopher, CEO and co-founder of Zylo. “Courtney couldn’t be joining us at a better time. Her experience coupled with her drive and energy are a winning combination for Zylo as we continue to rapidly scale.”
Shaffer Lovold brings more than 15 years of experience in the tech industry, previously serving as head of revenue for North America for Emarsys, an SAP company that empowers digital marketing leaders and business owners through a customer engagement platform. As the new SVP of sales she will play a crucial role in driving new business and sustaining long-term growth for the organization.
“I couldn’t be more excited to join the industry leader in the burgeoning space of SaaS management and optimization. Given my time in the customer engagement space, I’ve seen firsthand how the right tools can drive loyalty and retention among your customers and believe the same principle applies in the world of IT and SaaS,” said Shaffer Lovold. “At Zylo, we have an incredible opportunity in front of us. And from the outset, it was clear that we have the technology, expertise and vision to drive this category forward and I’m excited to help this team capitalize on our strengths and accelerate our growth.”
In addition to Shaffer Lovold’s appointment, Zylo continues to expand its team of talented SaaS professionals. The organization reached the 100-mark this year and continues to grow. In the midst of all this growth, Zylo continues to keep its core values and company culture as a top priority, as evidenced by its recognition as one of America’s Best Startup Employers 2022 by Forbes.
Zylo has achieved numerous other milestones recently including the launch of its industry-leading Zylo Benchmarks, and becoming the first enterprise SaaS Management platform to be certified by The ITAM Review.
