With the addition of Direct Route for Microsoft Teams to Service Control, enterprises can independently provision Direct Routing service for their Microsoft Teams environment in minutes.
The automated workflow tasks are presented in a responsive, modern interface that include:
- Activating Teams Direct Routing voice paths.
- Selecting and adding new telephone numbers to Teams in real-time.
- Initiating porting requests for existing numbers.
- Associating telephone numbers to MS Teams users with an appropriate Microsoft 365 user license
- Enabling and disabling voicemail for users.
- Enabling and disabling unrestricted international calling.
- Verifying services by automatically tracking outbound and inbound calls of activated MS Teams users in real-time.
