In his new role, Riley will oversee all revenue-generating processes, including marketing and sales, with the goal of accelerating business growth and optimizing customer services. Riley is a strategic thinker who is passionate about process improvement and providing customized solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

With 35 years of experience in sales and marketing, Riley will play an essential role in building out a successful sales and marketing function and expanding the customer base. He got his start as a sales executive at RR Donnelley & Sons and spent 20+ years in the printing and marketing communications industry, leading at the executive level. He later became president and managing partner of both Make Me Social and R2Integrated, both digital and marketing technology agencies, specializing in the evolution of technology-based communication platforms. Riley then led the graphic communications group for Xerox, where he had full P&L responsibility for the $600 million/year business. Most recently, he is the Founder and President of The Riles Group, a marketing and sales advisory firm focused on PE and SMBs.
