As a pioneer in leadership development technology, Skyline Group is proud to continue to be the innovation leader in the leadership development industry.
Skyline’s scalable leadership technology C4X was the first-of-its-kind solution when it launched in 2012, and it has evolved every year. For leaders, machine learning will provide a greater curated experience, increasing program value and results. For companies investing in coaching for their employees, machine learning will expand the data and reporting insights available.
Furthermore, machine learning will advance C4X’s personalized email micro-learning capabilities, ensuring curated, actionable content when and where it’s needed.
