Well-rounded team of global industry leaders will bring diverse perspectives and counsel as Scoutbee enters its next phase of growth and innovation
Scoutbee, the leading supplier intelligence and discovery platform provider, officially announced the creation of its Strategic Advisory Board (SAB). A team of renowned and experienced Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs), visionary leaders, and industry analysts make up the board and will help guide Scoutbee as it continues to grow globally, expand into the U.S. market, and further its objective of supporting procurement teams worldwide with smarter supplier data.

The members of Scoutbee’s Strategic Advisory Board include:
- Karin Hagen-Gierer, an international procurement, supply chain, and finance executive with 30 years of experience working for leading multinational corporations in the FMCG, pharma, and packaging industries. She brings an in-depth understanding of customer perspectives to the table and is a Senior Advisor with global management consulting firm Kearney.
- Duncan Jones, a well-known and respected industry analyst (retired). He most recently served as Vice President, Principal Analyst at Forrester Research and has been an authority on procurement and enterprise technology platforms for nearly 17 years.
- Dr. Maria Jesus Saenz, Executive Director of the Digital Supply Chain Transformation Lab at the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics. She contributes almost 20 years of academic and research experience in supply chain and logistics and is currently examining collaborative paradigms that arise while implementing AI and new digital technologies in supply chains.
Scoutbee’s Strategic Advisory Board held its first meeting in Amsterdam on September 23, following the Digital Procurement World (DPW) Conference, of which Scoutbee was a platinum sponsor. The members will next meet in the week commencing January 16, 2023 to focus on future priorities and align on Scoutbee’s 2023 product roadmap.
