The 10th Annual Forbes Under 30 saw thousands of nominations for each of the 20 categories. Eliyahu’s unique experiences within the Israeli Army’s cybersecurity unit, as well as his dedication to API security, secured his inclusion. As co-founder and CEO of Salt Security, Eliyahu pioneered the market’s only patented security solution for protecting APIs across every stage of their lifecycle.
Customers rely on the Salt Security platform to discover their APIs, stop API attackers before they succeed, and eliminate API vulnerabilities. Under Eliyahu’s direction and leadership, Salt Security has secured $30 million from investors such as Tenaya Capital, S Capital, and Y Combinator, allowing the company to invest significantly in both R&D as well as sales and marketing.
“It’s an incredible honor to be included in Forbes’ Under 30 list along with other young leaders making such a profound difference in our world,” said Eliyahu. “Digital platforms are the lifeblood of organizations today, often driving the majority of revenue. Our customers need to mitigate the risk of rising API attacks, and we are proud that our cutting-edge technology enables them to address these threats effectively.”
Eliyahu’s inclusion in the list is further evidence of Salt Security’s growing momentum within the industry. This announcement follows the company’s recent SINET 16 Innovator Award win as well as its recent recognition as a Gartner Cool Vendor in API Strategy.
