Salesloft, provider of the first and only AI-powered revenue workflow platform for global sales teams, announced that Mark Niemiec has joined the company as its chief revenue officer. A former long-time Salesforce and Cisco executive with more than 20 years of experience, Mark will oversee Salesloft’s global sales organization.

Niemiec joins Salesloft after an impressive run at Salesforce, most recently serving as chief revenue officer for the company’s Communications and Media operating unit, one of the fastest growing and largest operating units in the world. Prior to Salesforce, Niemiec spent 10 years at Cisco, where he held complex and challenging leadership roles in Cisco’s Financial Services business as well as their software and collaboration business unit.

Niemiec joins Salesloft following an exciting year of growth and innovation. In June 2023, the company launched Rhythm, a first-of-its-kind, AI-powered workflow solution that translates buyer behaviors into prioritized seller actions based on highest impact. Salesloft was also named to the Deloitte 2023 Technology Fast 500™, which recognizes the fastest-growing technology and life sciences companies in North America.
Most recently, Salesloft announced a collaboration in January 2024 with IBM to embed IBM watsonx, IBM’s AI and data platform, within the Salesloft platform. This integration is designed to help revenue teams understand and execute the right actions to predictably and consistently close more deals.
