Shortly after the addition of Mike Dullea as CEO, ProMax announces an expanded management team of experienced industry leaders to focus on innovation and rapid growth of the longtime automotive software provider.

ProMax, makers of the award-winning all-in-one automotive retailing platform, announced the addition of multiple executives in a move to accelerate innovation and continue the company’s upward trajectory in market growth. After announcing Mike Dullea as new CEO, and coupled with additional investments, ProMax is quickly expanding its team to meet the tremendous demand for its automotive retail platform.

ProMax’s Automotive CXM Platform simplifies and speeds up the retail sales and service experience for both automotive dealers and their customers. “Growing the ProMax team is part of a broader plan to enable automotive dealerships to find, sell, and keep their customers in a more modern way,” Dullea continued. “The need for additional leaders, engineers, developers, sales, and marketing staff is in response to a projected record year, new customers, and investments and will help ProMax bring our cutting edge CXM platform to the masses.”

Dullea and the other new additions to ProMax bring extensive experience in the automotive software space with a proven track record of building and launching impactful platforms and scaling companies for immense growth and fostering technological innovation. The C-level executives are:

    • Don Favero, Chief Revenue Officer – Don comes to ProMax with 15+ years of experience building and scaling high-powered sales organizations within the Automotive Retail SaaS space including VinSolutions and, most recently, AutoAlert.
    • Greg Becker, Chief Technology Officer – Greg brings 10 years of Automotive SaaS experience across multiple companies including VinSolutions and most recently Vice President of Product at AutoAlert. Prior to that, he worked in retail automotive at a dealership group, giving him valuable insight into designing products for dealers.
  • Shane Born, Chief Operating Officer – Shane has been with ProMax for 18 years after time spent working in retail automotive dealerships, becoming a partner in 2016 and continuing as COO after the acquisition by SNH in 2018.

In addition to these and numerous other executive hires, ProMax is aggressively expanding its team and plans to nearly double its employee base in the coming year at its corporate offices in Kansas City, MO and Bettendorf, Iowa, as well as filling other positions across the U.S.
