Former Private Equity Investor and CPG Operator to Lead Expansion
Cart.com, an end-to-end e-commerce-as-a-service (ECaaS) provider, today announced Linda Xu has been appointed as Chief Growth Officer. She will focus on setting and prioritizing growth goals, both organically and through M&A, and executing strategic initiatives.

Xu brings nearly a decade of experience in finance, strategy and operations. She joins Cart.com from Sitari Ventures, where she served as the Head of Growth for the food and beverage / CPG-focused investment, incubation and operation firm. In her work, she oversaw operations and investments across multiple brands and helped those brands react and stay agile in the everchanging environment of the coronavirus pandemic. Xu’s M&A, strategy and private equity investment career also spans roles at The Riverside Company, Uber and Lazard.

With Cart.com’s newest acquisitions, AmeriCommerce and a leading shipping and logistics company, Xu will spearhead all integration plans and activities for a seamless e-commerce experience. She also will support the company’s M&A and fundraising efforts, as it continues to identify valuable ecosystem assets.

Xu holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley Haas and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
