Elevate Brands Continues Rapid Growth by Adding Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Senior Leadership Team

Elevate Brands, a leader in acquiring and operating Amazon third-party businesses, announced it has tripled its team since the start of 2021. The company hired Andrea Lambert as CFO, Arkady Gurevich as CTO, Kerry Ann MacIsaac as Director of Human Resources and Anmol Ejaz as Director of Recruitment. Elevate Brands plans to hire an additional 100 employees, doubling its current staff by the end of 2021, and is on track to meet its 2021 revenue goals of $150 million.

Elevate Brands has added more than 60 employees in 2021, which include senior leaders and experts in their field. Here are the latest additions to the growing team:

  • Chief Financial Officer — Andrea Lambert brings nearly two decades of financial management and executive leadership experience. Most recently, Lambert served as senior vice president of finance for Accommodations Plus International and senior vice president of Planet Payment.
  • Chief Technology Officer — Arkady Gurevich most recently served as head of analytics for HiredScore, co-founder and vice president of data for Saros Group, chief data officer for Surance.io and co-founder and chief operations officer for TourING. Gurevich is leading the company’s growth in Tel Aviv, expanding its data engineering team.
  • Director of Recruitment — Anmol Ejaz will be driving the company’s continued employee growth and expansion. She has an extensive background building online brands including Better.com, 1stdibs.com, Bloomingdale’s, ZocDoc and The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. Ejaz adds significant expertise to understanding the talent needed to meet Elevate Brands’ target goals.
  • Director of Human Resources — Supporting the expanding team, Kerry Ann MacIsaac will drive the culture, internal communication and diversity and inclusion efforts. She previously served as director of human resources for GEP Worldwide, Knowledgment, Conductor and CheetahMail.

Elevate Brands raised a total of $67.5 million in 2021 fueling the company’s acquisitions of sellers at a pace of 3-4 per month and is on pace to acquire 100 category-leading brands by the end of 2022. The company has headquarters based in New York and Austin, Texas and is positioned to be one of the leading platforms in the fast-growing Amazon Marketplace.
