Basemakers Welcomes Faithe Rayns as New Chief Operating Officer

CPG industry veteran Faithe Rayns to oversee recruiting, sales leadership & brand partnerships

Basemakers, a field sales and retail merchandising company in the food and beverage industry, announced that Faithe Rayns will be joining the executive team as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Faithe Rayns will advance the organization’s capabilities around recruiting, brand partner management, field sales, team member training & development.

Faithe brings 17 years of human resources and people operations experience to Basemakers, working with some of the biggest consumer product goods companies in the world. Faithe joins Basemakers from Pabst Brewing Company, where she most recently served as Chief People Officer. Prior to Pabst, Rayns held the positions of HR Director, Global Functions at Reckitt working with brands such as Lysol, Clearasil and Durex, as well as the Global Talent Development Director at Diageo, working with brands such as Don Julio, Johnnie Walker, and Smirnoff.
