Operations leader with 17 years of experience named Avochato’s first COO
Avochato Inc., a leading provider of advanced messaging software, announced that it has named Katie Markov as its first Chief Operating Officer.
Markov brings nearly two decades of operations, business strategy, and product management experience to Avochato, where she will direct operations, finance, customer support, and risk and compliance functions. As Avochato’s product-led technology fuels growth in the mid-market segment, Markov will be responsible for optimizing company operations.

Markov was CEO and Founder of MoveMeFit, a mobile fitness app, and is currently an Investment Committee Member at January Ventures, an early stage fund that invests in high growth, visionary, female-led startups.
