This marks Hiya’s second straight year on the list after ranking #147 out of 500 employers in 2020. This award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. Forbes’ Best Startup Employers were selected based on 7 million data points and focused on three key factors: employee satisfaction, employer reputation, and company growth. Out of the thousands of qualified organizations in the United States, only 500 companies earned this distinction.

In addition to two consecutive years on the Forbes list, Hiya has consistently been recognized as a great place to work through other accolades.
