Independent Report noted SpringCM’s role as a part of DocuSign’s comprehensive System of Agreement Platform
SpringCM, a DocuSign Company, the leading document and contract lifecycle management platform in the cloud, was named a Leader in Forrester Research’s The Forrester Wave™: Contract Lifecycle Management For All Contracts, Q1 2019.
Forrester Research used 30 criteria to evaluate contract lifecycle management (CLM) software providers, with 13 companies making up the entire CLM Wave™. The report provides analysis on how each provider measures up, as well as information to help CIOs evaluate criteria in choosing the right partner.
Forrester Research specifically noted SpringCM’s significant growth since 2016, calling SpringCM “practically a new vendor,” noting its usability and strengths in contract creation, workflow and repository. The 2019 evaluation also cites SpringCM’s role as a part of DocuSign’s comprehensive System of Agreement Platform.
