The Avaya leaders honored on this year’s list pushed forward comprehensive business plans, marketing initiatives and other innovative ideas to support their partners and customers, helping them through the uncertainty brought on by the global COVID-19 pandemic. CRN celebrates these exceptional women for their leadership, dedication and channel advocacy. The three Avaya honorees for 2021 are:
- Darcey Harrison, Vice President of Cloud Acceleration for North America, responsible for continuing expansion of new and existing customer adoption of the Avaya OneCloud communications and collaboration portfolio. She works closely with customers to ensure Avaya is the partner of choice for organizations adapting their businesses to the new future of work.
- Kathleen Sullivan, Vice President of Commercial Accounts, responsible for leading cloud-focused resources for SMB, Midmarket and Enterprise customers and the partners that serve them, to further enable this large segment of new and existing customers to realize the benefits of Avaya OneCloud experience platform solutions.
- Lisa Frederick, Senior Director of U.S. Channel, responsible for igniting Avaya’s strong channel partner community to embrace, adopt and succeed with the Avaya OneCloud portfolio. Partner transformation is accelerating at unprecedented speed and a high performing channel team enables partners to maximize their opportunity in the cloud evolution.
