XCentium, a full-service digital consultancy firm and a leader in the digital ecommerce industry, today announced they have achieved the Salesforce specialized partner certification of Master Navigator in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
The Salesforce Partner Navigator program helps clients find the right partner for their Salesforce implementation by highlighting the products and industries each partner specializes in, as well as their level of expertise in those areas. Salesforce evaluates each of its partners based on a variety of factors such as industry expertise, demonstrated Salesforce product knowledge, and record of customer success.

XCentium’s team worked through multiple levels of achievements within the Navigator program on their way to achieving Master status; first by becoming certified through the formal Salesforce certification process, and then by submitting customer-surveyed implementation projects, customer stories and references to Salesforce. Along the way, the team earned 56 certifications and built over 20 B2B Commerce Accelerators. These steps helped them earn the highest levels of specialty designation in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Salesforce defines Master Navigator Partners as true masters of a given industry or product that have demonstrated both a track record of deep knowledge and customer success within these types of implementations.
“When Salesforce released their Navigator certifications, our team pursued the requirements with the same passion and dedication they give to our clients on a daily basis. This commitment, which is part of XCentium’s culture, additionally came to light through our client reviews which gave us an astonishing, and humbling, 4.9 out of 5 stars,” shared Thomas Wagner, Vice President of Commerce and Salesforce Practice lead at XCentium. “I am incredibly proud of our team for their tireless efforts to help us achieve the Master Navigator in Salesforce Commerce Cloud distinction. We are thankful to Salesforce for this honor and look forward to our continued partnership.”
