This is Agero’s fourth Excellence in Customer Service win, having received both organization and executive awards in 2020, and fifth overall award from Business Intelligence Group.
For 50 years, Agero’s customer support associates have served as the first point of contact for drivers in need over 25,000 times a day, playing a vital role of providing empathetic help and reassurance during times of high stress.
