Ezra Group’s technology and operational consultants will collaborate with Xtiva’s strategy, incentive and distribution performance experts to help their joint clients identify and implement strategies and tactics that drive functional improvements and deliver organizational results.

The combined resource of Xtiva and Ezra Group will enable wealth management firms to assess, define and execute strategies to build stronger organizational transformation and leverage of data for performance, in an accelerated time frame.
Concurrent with the launch of the new services, wealth management firms can leverage two new Rapid Assessment tools to help them better define their business priorities and evaluate opportunities:
- Data as an Asset (DaaA) Readiness Check – enables organizations to quickly and confidently evaluate their ability to effectively use data to drive business performance.
- Performance Readiness Check – delivers an organizational readiness scorecard that evaluates a firm’s opportunity for acceleration of business performance transformation.
