Global conversation analytics company wins Inc.’s Best Workplaces medium employee category
CallTrackingMetrics, a global conversation analytics company, has been named to Inc. Magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2022 for the second year in a row, additionally winning the Medium: Employee size 50-99 category. Featured in the May/June 2022 issue, hitting newsstands on May 17, 2022, and prominently featured on Inc.com, the list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or virtual facility.
CallTrackingMetrics empowers businesses with innovative communication tools to unify their organizations and accelerate growth. Founded in 2011 by husband and wife team Todd and Laure Fisher, CallTrackingMetrics now supports more than 100,000 users in over 90 countries.
“CallTrackingMetrics has put such an emphasis on enhancing our company culture for employees and we are proud to see that hard work paying off, not only by the recognition in Inc. Magazine’s annual list of Best Workplaces for 2022 but also by winning the medium-sized category for the second year in a row,” said Shannon Duvall, director of human resources at CallTrackingMetrics. “We hold ourselves to an extremely high standard when it comes to delivering exemplary solutions to our customers and have adopted that same standard when it comes to creating a company culture that prioritizes our employees.”
After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 475 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth and overall company culture. Organizations’ benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.
“Not long ago, the term ‘best workplace’ would have conjured up images of open-office designs with stocked snack fridges,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Yet given the widespread adoption of remote work, the concept of the workplace has shifted. This year, Inc. has recognized the organizations dedicated to redefining and enriching the workplace in the face of the pandemic.”
The announcement comes after CallTrackingMetrics was named one of 35 finalists for Baltimore Business Journal’s Best Places to Work 2022 in early April.
