Hi John, we’d love to hear about your journey through the years…some of your top sales leadership and sales learnings along the way?

I have learned that the sales model is ever-changing and have been able to plug in to several ecosystems.

We’d love to hear more about your role as CEO at FutureVault?

Using modern technology and great domain expertise, my job, as CEO, is mainly to help our team of 30+ people get ready for rapid growth and plug into the Fintech ecosystem.

What are some key factors that you feel will contribute to the growth of document management platforms?

The factors that I feel will contribute most to the growth of document management platforms are in-depth vertical solutions, management of complex date types, big data, AI/ML, which will give insights never seen before.

We are still seeing exponential growth of content.  Other factors are new markets such as crypto exchanges, international footprint, and potential acquisitions, down the road.

Also, with the explosion in content, social media, YouTube etc; there is increased need for cybersecurity and privacy – who can see what when, that is paramount.

A few thoughts on the impact of AI on these technologies today?

AI/ML Big data, providing predictive and prescriptive analysis has many opportunities in this space, and provides insights for clients and the corporations that provide services to them.

This allows for monitoring not just a client’s portfolio but providing instant tax and legal implications.

What do you feel sales and marketing leaders should consider to create a better buying experience and buying journey in tech?

Sales and marketing are changing rapidly. The old enterprise salesperson is becoming obsolete. Product lead growth (i.e., Wes Bush) is gaining ground, and executives are looking for consumer type sales. “Click Try Buy” etc. must plug and play with legacy systems.
